Platinum Service $700 Per Visit
• A professional capper will attend your chemotherapy session, adjust cap temperatures according to drug protocol and hair type, fit each cap tightly, and change them in regular intervals before, during, and after the infusion.
• We support our clients through the entire cold capping process, providing compassionate and competent care. We strive to be advocates for our clients as they navigate their cancer treatment journey.
• Once the client has registered and paid for their rental at the Penguin website, the capper will either retrieve a set of caps or receive delivery of them, purchase dry ice($75-$100), pack the 60+ lb. cooler, and transport everything to and from each chemo session. You can choose to hire a capper for as many treatments as you would like.
Gold Service $450 for four hours
• A professional capper will attend your chemotherapy session for the first four hours, adjust cap temperatures according to drug protocol and hair type, fit each cap tightly, and change them in regular intervals before, during, and after the infusion.
• We support our clients through the cold capping process, providing compassionate and competent care. We strive to be advocates for our clients as they navigate their cancer treatment journey.
• Patients will need to bring dry ice and all supplies as their capper will only be present for the first four hours .
Silver Service $300 for 2 hours training at your home.
(Additional hours are $75 per hour)
• If you will have a family member or friend cap you, one of our professional cappers will come to your home prior to your first treatment to make sure they have the confidence to properly cap you.
• We will demonstrate how to properly prepare and rotate the caps in the cooler and how to ensure the cap is properly placed.
• Our capper will review all items in your capping kit and answer any questions. We are here to help you have the best possible experience and outcome.
• We can also train you and your support team remotely. Pricing starts at $250 for two hours.
Return Terms
• The rental fee is $389/month plus a deposit of $189 which is refunded when the caps are returned.
• Returning your caps is an easy process. Any unused portion of the final month will be prorated.
• You are responsible for the shipping charges associated with returning the caps.
